The famed Mandelbaum Gate in Jerusalem. Before 1967, this was the checkpoint between Jordanian-controlled East Jerusalem (where most Christian sites were located) and Israeli West Jerusalem. Tour groups would visit East Jerusalem first then pass through this gate to enter West Jerusalem.
